Empowerment has become one of the key issues in management over recent years. It is considered a more effective approach for extending the skill of delegation. The Personal Empowerment Profile assesses the behaviour and attitudes of individuals toward work colleagues and provides an understanding of the empowerment process.Time required for completion: Approximately 20 minutes

How to Purchase Your Profiles
There is an option to receive discounts for purchases of 5 packs or more. They are as follows:
- 10%for 5-10 packs
- 15% for 11-20 packs
- 25%for 21-40 packs
- 30%for 41+ packs
When you have made your choice, then proceed to checkout. In the Promo Option, enter the % relating to the number of packs you are purchasing. For example, if you are buying 12 packs then enter 15% in the Promo Option
